A programme featuring a range of artists and artforms for people aged over 55 in North Tyneside with the aim of reducing loneliness.
Helix Arts devised ‘Common Connections’ a varied programme with local partners and artists for those aged 55 and above, with a focus on North Tyneside residents.
Working with trusted partners Helix Arts are delivering creative and cultural activity helping combat loneliness between February and 30 May 2021.

Common Connections is funded by Arts Council England on behalf of DCMS. This funding has been made available from the Covid-19 Charities Package schemes which includes, through other government departments, the Community Match Challenge, the Covid-19 Community Support Fund and the Big Night.
